I am already selling my CDs through another online CD store, am I still eligible to sell through cdsuite.com?
Absolutely. Provided you haven't signed an exclusive distribution deal, you can start selling right away.

How do I get paid for CDs sold through cdsuite.com?
We will notify and pay you every time a CD is sold. We use PayPal to pay you. If you are not a member of PayPal, sign up is free and easy.

Why do I only need to send 3 CDs to start?
We initially only ask for 3 CDs from bands to hold in stock. Depending on how quickly these sell, we will advise on how many you should then send. This allows you to have more on hand to continue selling at gigs and through other means.

I'm signed to an independent record label. Can I still sell my CD?
Absolutely. Cdsuite.com specializes in promoting independent bands and artists. If you are singed to an independent record label, you'll just need to check that selling your CD on our site will not breach any agreement you have entered into. We cannot be held responsible for any breach.

Are my credit card details safe on your site?
We use PayPal to handle all our online transactions. They provide the most trusted and secure payment system on the web employing powerful encryption methods ensuring you don't need to worry about credit card security.

I don't have a credit card. Can I still purchase a CD?
Absolutely. PayPal accepts major credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers. If you wish to purchase using a debit card or bank transfer, a PayPal account is required. Sign up is free and easy. (www.paypal.com) No existing PayPal account is needed for credit card transactions.

How do I upload album information and photos onto cdsuite.com?
Once you have created an account and logged into the members area, you can start to upload images and songs from your hard drive to our site.

To upload an image browse to "Upload Information" from the members menu and then click "Browse" to locate your image on your computer. Click "Open" and then "Next" at the bottom of the page and wait for your image to upload to our sever. Image file uploads are limited to 2MB.

To upload songs browse to "Upload Songs" from the members menu. Use the “Browse” button to locate the song file on your computer and select “Open”. Then press the "Upload Song" button and wait for your song to upload to our server. If your song is not in Windows Media Audio (.wma) format then your listing will not be live on the site until we have converted your file. This may take 2-3 working days. Song file uploads are limited to 10MB.

Can I purchase more than one album at a time?
Certainly. To buy one album, you can use the "Buy Now" option on either the genre page or the artist's profile. To purchase MORE than one album in the one transaction, simply e-mail the name(s) of the artist, album and number of copies you wish to buy to info@cdsuite.com and we will e-mail you an invoice for the amount. You can then use your credit card or PayPal balance as normal. Just include your preferred PayPal e-mail address if it's different to the one you used to e-mail the order.
