• Your e-mail address, name, postal address, credit card information or any other personal information will never be sold or rented to a third party without your permission.
• If you are signed up for the newsletter and you wish to cancel your subscription, you can unsubscribe anytime on our home page.
• No information about CD purchases will be disclosed. Not even the artist whose CD you buy will know.
• We have chosen Pay Pal to handle all our online transactions. They provide the most trusted and secure payment system on the web employing powerful encryption methods which ensures you will never have to worry about online credit card safety.

Delivery Procedure

• All CDs are sent through Australia Post TM and will therefore be subject to their policies, terms and conditions.
• CDs will be delivered straight to your mail box. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for CDs damaged, lost or stolen due to the mail slot being too small for a CD or unsecured or for any other reason.
• Delivery time outside Australia is approximately 7-10 working days. Delivery within Australia is approximately 2 -3 working days. We will send your CD within hours of your order to ensure it arrives as soon as possible. The above delivery times are only a guide and CDs will usually arrive sooner.
• Please make use of the option to hear samples from each CD. Unfortunately we cannot refund your money if you change your mind once you have ordered.

Terms and Conditions for bands

• CD Suite will act as a non-exclusive distributor. You can continue to sell your CDs through any other outlets.
• For international shipping, we reserve the right to send the CD and artwork without the original CD case. This will only be done in extreme circumstances where the original case does not fit with international postage guidelines regarding weight and shape.
• You can stop selling your CD anytime. (for example if you sign a exclusive distribution or record deal). The sign-up fee is non-refundable however. Otherwise, we will continue to promote and sell your CD as long as CD Suite is in operation.
• We cannot be held responsible if selling your CD through our site breaches a prior exclusive agreement you have entered into.
• The price structure including the retail to net ratio may be subject to change. Bands will be notified of any changes.
• The contact e-mail address given by bands / artists will be used for all correspondence including notification of sales. It is the artists responsibility to keep contact details up to date.
